HOLLA AT ME FOUNDATION LTD
Holla At Me Foundation is a mental health charity dedicated to providing awareness and education through community events, presentations, workshops, and social media. Our goal is to raise awareness, remove the stigma surrounding mental health, and create meaningful impact through education and connection. Through largescale public events, such as community running events and endurance challenges, we have brought people together to promote physical activity as a tool for mental wellbeing. These events, featuring mental health discussions, guest speakers, and support services, have helped normalize conversations around mental health while fostering a sense of connection and resilience. Our impact is evident in the countless lives we have touched, creating a stronger, more supportive community. Our education workshops and public speaker events have provided vital knowledge on mental health disorders, early warning signs, and accessible support resources. Collaborations with experts and advocates have reinforced positive mental health messaging, while free counselling services have provided crucial support for those in need. Through social media campaigns, we have encouraged meaningful conversations and checkins among friends and family, reaching over 1,000 people. The creation of the 21Day Mental Health Reset Journal and online wellbeing challenges have provided accessible tools to promote selfreflection and mindfulness. Our message of Strength Through Vulnerability is embedded in everything we do, encouraging people to embrace openness and seek support when needed. By integrating movement, education, and advocacy, we continue to break barriers and support individuals in prioritizing their mental wellbeing. We work to foster community engagement and vulnerable conversations while creating a safe space for connection, physical exercise, meditation, and open discussions about mental health. The impact of our work is measured not just in numbers but in the strengthened sense of connection, empowerment, and resilience within our community.
